OUR SCHOOL MOTTO IS:

 "Work together, learn together, grow together"

OUR MISSION STATEMENT IS:

To create a happy, secure and stimulating learning environment in which all members of the school community can grow in self-esteem and develop their potential as human beings.

OUR ETHOS STATEMENT AS A CHURCH OF ENGLAND VOLUNTARY CONTROLLED SCHOOL IS  :

“Recognising its historic foundation, the school will preserve and develop its religious character in accordance with the principles of the Church of England and in
partnership with the Church at parish and diocesan level.

The school aims to serve its community by providing an education of the highest
quality within the context of Christian belief and practice.  It encourages an understanding of the meaning and significance of faith, and promotes Christian
values through the experience it offers to all its pupils.”

 Our School Aims are:
  • To enable everyone to achieve their full potential.
  • To develop in children a love of learning, enabling them to take their place in the world beyond the classroom.
  • To promote an awareness of self, self esteem, self respect and self discipline.
  • To encourage the children to develop a sense of spirituality within a broadly Christian Framework.
  • To help children to live together within the community and to develop respect for others and their environment.
  • To maintain a well qualified staff who will work as a team.
  • To encourage and develop relationships between our school and all members of the local community.
