Coffee Morning

To conclude a wonderful year of writing letters and getting to know our pen pals, we were finally able to meet them! We were fortunate enough that some of our pen pals were able to come and share their stories and play games with the children they had been talking to for seven months. The children represented the school wonderfully, engaging in conversations and looking after the visitors. 

Our first letter writing session was a success! The children introduced themselves and described their favourite day of the week. This will open up discussions about hobbies, breakfast choices, why they chose that day and much more! We will receive the replies to our letters before our next session at the end of February. We had 42 children participate, which was amazing to see.
