Goodbye, Bude!

Day 5 - Friday

On our final morning, we got up nice and early to pack before breakfast and then made our way (sleepily) to our final activities: climbing and kayaking. We’re now all set for the journey home and all looking forward to a good sleep!

Day 4 - Thursday

After much deliberation (because all of the children were amazing), we have chosen our winners for Joker, Bottle and Superstar.
 

Well done to our winners for the week: Harry, Sofia and Seb! They consistently impressed us with their good humour, resilience and super-stardom and really deserve all of the recognition they received. 

This morning’s activities have been climbing and the adventure walk. This afternoon, we have got high ropes and canoeing to look forward to! This evening, we have the highly anticipated presentation evening and the farewell disco. Check back later to reveal the winners!

Day 3 - Wednesday

This morning, some of us took part in the team trail and the rest of us went on a lovely walk and had fun with a mysterious scavenger hunt. After lunch, we are going canoeing and body boarding. Wish us luck!

Day 2 - Tuesday

To end our first fantastic full day, we had a fancy dress disco where we played lots of fun games and won the two top prizes for our amazing costumes! Well done to the teletubbies and the dinosaurs on their well-deserved wins.

This morning, our activities have been caving and team trail. After lunch, we will be doing body boarding and some more mountain boarding. Take a look below!

Karaoke and 5-a-side

This evening, we celebrated our arrival with karaoke and a football competition. Huge congratulations to the boys’ team who won the whole fixture!

We’ve arrived!

After a long and exciting journey, we made it to Bude just in time for team orientation to begin. The children met their tutors, got to know the complex and then got stuck into their first activity of the week.
