In PSHE, we have been learning about what makes a healthy lifestyle. The children discussed the different things we can do to keep our bodies and minds healthy, including exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, brushing our teeth, eating healthy foods, and drinking plenty of water.
To show their understanding, the children drew pictures of themselves carrying out each of these healthy habits. It was a great opportunity for them to reflect on the positive choices they can make every day to stay healthy and happy. We were very impressed with their thoughtful ideas and colourful illustrations!
