Year 4 had a wonderful Tudor Day, filled with activities that brought history to life. The day began with portrait drawing, followed by archery, sewing Tudor Roses and practising calligraphy. The children enjoyed learning new skills while exploring life in Tudor times. In the afternoon, they took part in a Tudor banquet, tasting traditional foods and experiencing what meals may have been like. The day ended with Tudor dancing, where the children learnt simple steps and rhythms from the past. It was a fun and engaging day that helped bring their learning to life.
