  • Teeth Experiment

We carried out an experiment to find out how different liquids can affect our teeth. We used eggs to represent tooth enamel and placed each egg into a different liquid: milk, water, energy drink, squash, vinegar, coke, and orange juice. Over the week, we observed the eggs to see any changes in colour, texture, or shell strength.

    Conclusion:
We discovered that the eggs in sugary or acidic drinks, such as energy drink, squash, coke, orange juice, and vinegar, showed the most damage. Their shells became weaker, stained, or started to break down. The eggs in milk and water stayed mostly the same. This shows that sugary and acidic drinks can damage our teeth over time, while water and milk are safer choices for keeping teeth healthy.
