As the end of term draws near, we have been very busy learning, creating, singing and celebrating the festive period in a variety of ways. In Science, we have created tea light holders using recycled jars and scraps of tissue paper. In art, we created Christmas cards using cupcake cases and felt. We also completed our DT project where we had designed, made and then evaluated Ferris wheels. We have been continuing with our usual lessons but with a Christmas twist! We have written Christmas word type poems and riddles and cracked Christmas number sentence codes in maths. We are all really looking forward to the trip to the pantomime on Wednesday and our church service at St James' on Thursday. We would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a peaceful and restful Christmas.
