This week has been full of lots of exciting opportunities!
We learnt about Guy Fawkes and why we celebrate Bonfire Night. We also talked about sparkler safety to help us stay safe during firework celebrations.
In English, we enjoyed reading 'How to Wash a Woolly Mammoth' and used the story to practise writing clear instructions. The children thoroughly enjoyed the story and thinking about the steps involved!
In Science, we explored the differences between Summer and Autumn, looking closely at the changes in weather, trees and clothing.
To start our Design and Technology work, we investigated the features of a puppet, thinking about how they move and what materials are used to make them!
