  • Week 10 Overview

We have had another busy week in Year 1.

We celebrated Interfaith Week by learning about how different faiths celebrate with light and took part in a Bhangra dance workshop.

For Remembrance Day, we made poppies and reflected on the importance of remembering those who have served and the importance of why we remember.

We had lots of fun celebrating Children in Need! We learnt about how we can help others and the importance of helping those in need. In History, we compared old and new teddy bears, discovering how they have changed over time. Of course we also kept our minds busy in Maths, practising numbers through missing number sentence work.
