In Science, we are learning about states of matter, with a particular focus this week on reversible and irreversible changes. To help us understand this concept, we carried out a practical activity by making Rice Krispie cakes. During the process, we observed how the solid chocolate changed into a liquid when it was heated in the microwave. This showed a reversible change, because the chocolate could turn back into a solid again once it cooled.
