World Book Day was a fantastic celebration of reading at Preston Primary, with children arriving in wonderful costumes inspired by their favourite literary characters. From classic heroes to magical creatures, their creativity and imagination truly shone. The excitement continued with the paper plate challenge, where pupils designed and created book characters in unique and imaginative ways. There was also great enthusiasm for the book fair, as children eagerly explored and purchased new stories to enjoy. It was a joyful day that highlighted a shared love of reading across the whole school.
