At Preston CofE Primary School, we believe that sport and physical activity play an important role in helping pupils develop both physically and personally. We offer a wide variety of sporting clubs and activities throughout the year, providing pupils with opportunities to develop their skills, try new sports and enjoy being active.

We are proud to be part of the Yeovil School Games Alliance, which gives our pupils the opportunity to represent the school at a wide range of local tournaments and sporting events. We regularly take part in competitions across a variety of sports, as well as numerous cross-country events throughout the year. Where appropriate, we also work with external sports providers to enhance our provision and give pupils access to specialist coaching and experiences.

Whether pupils are competing for the school, developing their skills in a club or simply enjoying being active with their friends, we aim to ensure that there are opportunities for everyone to get involved, challenge themselves and experience the many benefits of sport.
