In Cooking Club this week we made pizza pinwheels. We rolled out a sheet of puff pastry and spread tomato sauce over it. We chopped up some ham and sprinkled that over with some cheese. Finally, we rolled the pastry up, cut it into 10 slices and popped into the oven.
Today we made rocky road! We melted chocolate, butter and syrup and stirred in broken biscuits, marshmallows and raisins. We put it in the fridge to cool. It was delicious!
