To mark the 75th anniversary of VE day, Sycamore Class revisited their lesson on the end of the war from their history unit of work and understood the importance of this day for so many lives.
Sycamore Class enjoyed revisiting the topic of forces in science. They conducted an experiment by testing the friction caused by different materials on a toy car. Unsurprisingly, shiny and smooth materials caused the least friction, allowing the toy car to travel further.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
